📧 One day before the blood draw you’ll receive an email with the following information:

🧪 Which & how many tubes to be used for the test

📦 Consignment note (put into the package together with the blood tubes so that the laboratory can identify and connect the blood to the correct customer) and shipping label (stick on the package). This is how it looks like:
Blood draw.
- 💧 If available, offer the customer a glass of water before the test if they have to wait a few minutes.
- 🧪 Use the tubes in this order: 1. Serum, 2. EDTA, 3. NaFL
- 🫰 In case the customer decides to spontanously request more lab tests, just take a bit more blood / one more tube if needed, and tell them that they should write [email protected] — we’ll take care from there.
- 🌱 Give out the healthy snack after the blood draw.
- 🏷️ If there are more than 1 customer on the day, make sure to write the name of the customer on the blood tubes.
- 🌀 Centrifuge all tubes (except for 1 EDTA tube).
Logistics
- 🚚 A courier (DHL) collects package around 15 - 120 minutes after the last blood draw on the day.
- 🧊 If pickup is delayed, please store the samples in a cool, dark place.
Invoicing and payment: If not agreed otherwise, feel free to send us a monthly invoice for the blood draws.
