The genetic test cards roughly look like this:

There are 2 options on how you can put blood onto the five marked fields of the card:

1) Venous blood

Use a pipette to apply a little venous blood from the EDTA tube onto the 5 rings.

2) Capillary blood

You also got the white/blue fingerprick. It’s important that the five rings are filled.


Important:

  1. Do not rub them
  2. Let them air-dry a bit
  3. Label the card with the birthdate, collection date, and sample ID (starts with ANI*)
  4. Pack the card together with the other tubes in the same bag
