We're hiring a Founder's Associate at Aniva.
Aniva is your personal health concierge, making health data actionable so people can feel their best. We’ve built one of Europe’s most comprehensive blood panels under €200, live in 20+ locations across Germany 🇩🇪 and Finland 🇫🇮, and we’re just getting started.
This role is for someone who is obsessed with health, extremely driven, and excited to build from zero to one alongside the founders.
The Role
As Founder's Associate, you will be a force multiplier for the founding team (Jan, Noah, and Damir). You’ll be dropped into the highest‑leverage problems across the company and expected to figure things out quickly, with very little structure.
You will switch between:
- Deeply understanding health and medical content so we can make it simple and actionable for our members
- Getting your hands dirty with data, SQL, and analytics
- Building scrappy product prototypes using tools like Lovable and shipping them to real users
- Owning critical projects end‑to‑end across ops, product, and growth
This is a true founding‑stage role: you will be in the room for key decisions, have direct access to everything, and see your work reflected in how thousands of people manage their health.
What You’ll Work On
Examples of what you might do in your first 6–12 months:
- Health and product insight
- Dive into lab reports, biomarkers, and guidelines, and help translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for members
- Help design and improve health programs (e.g., metabolic health, longevity, energy) together with the team and our medical partners
- Research and benchmark other leading preventive health products worldwide
- Data, analytics, and SQL
- Write SQL queries to understand user behavior, cohort retention, and funnel performance
- Build simple dashboards for the team so we can make faster, data‑driven decisions
- Define tracking needs and help keep our data clean and trustworthy
- Rapid prototyping with Lovable and no‑code
- Build and iterate on small internal tools (e.g., operations dashboards, manual review tools, support tooling)
- Prototype member‑facing flows (onboarding experiments, simple internal apps) using Lovable and other no‑/low‑code tools
- Work closely with Damir to turn promising prototypes into production features
- Operations and special projects
- Own projects like rolling out new collection points, improving logistics, or tightening our internal SOPs
- Coordinate with labs, clinics, and external partners when a founder‑level touch is needed
- Jump into whatever is most important this week: interviews, investor material, experiments, or member issues
You will not be “the admin.” You will own real, hard problems and be judged on outcomes.
